Shipping Policy

DIO acknowledges receipt of your order from the validation made by yourself at the time of purchase. You can then follow the status of your order from your My account space. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive the tracking number, usable on the carrier's platform to know the position of your package until you receive it. We advise you, as far as possible, to carefully check in the presence of the courier that your package has not been damaged during transport.

SHIPPING WAY

DIO reserves the right to send orders by the most appropriate means of transport in each case at its discretion.

Shipping costs will be free in the Peninsula and Portugal for purchases over € 75 and paid by the customer if less.

Freight is fixed, regardless of the amount of material shipped: 7 Euros (VAT included). Shipping to Peninsular Spain and Portugal.

Freight is variable to the Balearic Islands, € 10 Fixed Amount + € 0.62 per Kg. Sent. (VAT not included)

Canary, Ceuta or Melilla shipments € 35 (VAT included)

DELIVERY TIMES

Unless stocks last, orders will be shipped immediately and you will have the product in the following terms:

.-Peninsular Spain and Portugal: 2 to 3 business days

.-Balearic Islands: 3 to 4 business days

.-Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 4 to 5 business days

.-Rest of Europe: 5 to 7 business days

The delivery times indicated are for guidance and DIO will endeavor to respect them; However, as it is a service offered by third parties, its delay does not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation. If you do not have any item / s of your order, we will inform you quickly, giving you an estimated delivery time.
