Making a purchase on our website is very easy, you just have to be over 18 years old, have an email and a bank account and / or card. The process would be as follows:

2.- There you will find photos, their description, etc., You choose the size and quantity desired. And finally, add the product to the shopping bag, if you want to buy it on this visit to our website, or add it to your " Wish List "if you decide you will on another future visit.

3.- If you have chosen "Add to Purchase", a new window will open. Here you have the option of entering your Shopping Bag to formalize the order, if you are not going to want anything else or "Continue with the Purchase" by seeing more things on our website, but you will already have said item set aside within your bag.

4.- You are already in your "Shopping Bag", if you chose the option to enter it, we continue to give you the option to "Continue Shopping" by pressing a button that appears in said window or "Checkout", if after having After reviewing everything in your shopping bag, you are ready to order, click "Checkout".

5.- Once you choose "Checkout" the Payment window opens. Here you find the option to buy as a guest and you will have to fill in some minimum information to know who the person buying is and you have the opportunity to become a customer if you think that you are going to buy from now on more occasions and want to benefit from future purchases of offers, discount codes, etc. and also optionally, to subscribe to the newsletter so that the notices of our new collections arrive, etc.If you are already a customer and you started our visit by starting your session as a customer, then your data will already appear filled in. Yes you are but you did not , it is time to "Login" to appear. You can always modify said data at these moments.

6.- In this same window you can tell us both the shipping address and the billing address.

7.- Now it's time to choose the "Shipping method".

8.- Finally choose "Payment". Pay safely with your card. A sale will be opened to enter your card details, until now you have to cancel the payment and therefore the purchase. Once the payment is made, the order confirmation will come to your email and it is from there when the purchase is considered completed and we start. In this email we will indicate the order number and the details of the purchase.

If at the end you left the shopping bag without making the payment for whatever reason, your bag will continue to store your items. To empty your bag if at the end you do not want to buy them, you will have to enter it and click on an "X" next to each item to remove it from it. You can also view articles and add them to a "Wish List". And have them stored there, so that it is easier for you to find them the day you decide to buy.

In order to save items in a "Wish List" you must create a Customer Account, and thus we can save your choices in your Customer profile. OR Login as such. That you know that even if you have made the purchase, if you later regret it, you always have the option of canceling or returning the order depending on the time elapsed.

DIO's right not to accept orders or cancel them

DIO reserves the right to reject any order or cancel any purchase, even if previously accepted, in the following situations:

- The product that the User intends to purchase is not available due to there being no stock at that time (in which case the amount of the purchase made will be refunded). And even the customer will be contacted if you want to wait for the replacement time.

- The billing information provided by the User is not correct or cannot be verified. And also with the delivery address.

- The order made by the User is indicated by DIO's security systems as an abnormal order or one that may be fraudulent.

- DIO has indications or the certainty that the User who processes the order is under 18 years of age or a distributor.

- DIO detects that there is an error in the offered price.
