And although during the first six months the defect that the product may present is presumed to be original from the factory, unless proven otherwise, from the sixth and until before two years, the consumer must demonstrate that it is also a defect originally from the factory. In the event that you want us to repair the product, replace it or refund it.

1.- Send an email to explaining the reason for the incident and provide all the order information. You must attach images of the product and follow the instructions that we provide.

2.- Remember that the guarantee does not cover the wear caused by the habitual use of the articles, nor by a bad use of the same.

3.- Once the article has been sent to the technical service, two situations could occur:

A) That there is indeed a factory defect and the article is exchanged for a new one. An item equal to the one sent by the customer will always be returned, not being possible to change it for a different one. Shipping and return costs are borne by DIO.

B) That DIO determines that the product has no manufacturing failure. In this case, the original product will be returned to the customer. Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.
